Alongside books like The Prehistoric Plant, The Ancient Yew and Oaks, Dragonflies and People in the learning area at the Woodland Trust's new headquarters is Climate Change: the Impacts on UK Forests. This goes some way to explaining the building that Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios is just completing in Grantham for the trust. Its timber structure is given a degree of coolth by panels of concrete on the soffit, while the IT strategy is all about keeping the cooling load down. But sustainability is not the whole story.
