Everybody I meet says 'Its going well, things seem to be picking up', but they also say 'Its going to be a tough year, could be worse than last year, we're busy now but in three months - who knows?'. So what does this mean for salaries?rnWell, we review our salaries every November. The last salary rise we gave our staff was in November 2008 and we held salaries at those levels in November 2009, so as we approach November 2010 expectation is in the air. We have been more fortunate than most so far, as I know a number of companies have reduced everybody's salary.
