Which is just as well, since the 43 storey, 148m high tower, by Hamiltons Architects, is claimed to be the first in the world to incorporate wind turbines in its fabric, ratherthan just stickingrnthem on top. The apartment tower, built by developer Brookfield Europe, is a 'Marmite building' they say - you love it or hate it.
