Scots strike out alone

Having previously co-ordinated the RIBA Awards for Scotland, sister institution the RIAS will this year run its own scheme, with the blessing of Portland Place. Interestingly, entries to the inaugural RIAS awards will also be eligible forthe continuing RIBA Scottish category - so we'll see if there really is a south-of-the-border bias.
