Device for the construction of plane, noninductive, circular coils

An apparatus for the construction of plane, noninductive, circular coils is described. These coils are very suitable as electrical heaters to establish a homogeneous heat flow through plane surfaces. Plane copper coils can be used as plane thermometers, where the electrical resistance of the wire is used as the thermophysical property.
