Available in vacuum receiver, top loading/top access (up to 736 bags), top loading/walk in plenum (up to 960 bags) and bottom loading models (up to 960 bags), Imperial Systems' newest pulse jet dust collectors are intended for use with a variety of applications, including recycling, steel, aggregate, biofuels, food processing, agricultural, chemical processing, paper scrap, fiberglass and many more. The pulse jet baghouse is manufactured of fully-welded, heavy-duty carbon steel and equipped with 3/8-inch by three-inch carbon steel stiffeners for reinforcement. The system also utilizes an Imperial Big Round Filter to provide quality dust collecting, containment and control, as filter media is cleaned by powerful short pulses of compressed air.
