This is the forth and final column of my Webliography project addressing municipal recycling coordinators. To summarize briefly, its purpose is to provide a core list of Web-based references for new (and even more experienced) recycling coordinators on various topics that can be considered central to their job responsibilities, such as collection, processing, public education and materials marketing.
