Each month, Resource Recycling provides readers with a roundup of the announcements and updates from equipment, material and service suppliers.The 100% Recycled Paperboard Alliance (RPA-100%) recently launched a new certification program for recycled paperboard mills in the U.S. The certification requires manufacturers to be third-party audited before brand owners can claim their products are sourced from a 100 percent recycled paperboard mill. The addition of third party auditing "expands due diligence," according to Paul Schutes, the RPA-100% executive director.
