Many ATMs let users deposit a handful of checks all at once. And now, a reverse vending machine for deposit beverage containers offers the same convenience. The bulk-feed technology by Envipco will allow users to empty a bag of bottles and cans into the machine and let it go to work, processing up to 100 containers per minute. "For many years, RVM suppliers have always been challenged by the demand: 'Why do I have to put my containers in one at a time? It is time consuming and messy,'" an Envipco press release notes. "Bulk feed has always represented too many recognition and container handling challenges in the past."
