Communized flyer fork with two coiled pin, adjustable holes and dove tail fit

The present invention applies to manual transmission and it provides a communize reverse and 1/2 flyers design 1 with approximately 70% mass reduction compared with current production designs, reverse 2 and 1/2 flyers 3. The new flyer design 1 allows the sinter process to deliver all final dimensional characteristics without requiring three additional machining operations as it is need in the current production designs, which are coiled pin hole-machining 4, shaft hole-machining 5 and tip machining 6. It also has adjustable holes 7 permitting communization of the designs. The two coiled pin 8 and dovetail 9 has been designed to withstand the loads during usage life.
