Crystal modifications of substituted phenoxyphenylamidine

摘要

The substituted phenoxyphenylamidine COMPOUND I was investigated for polymorphism and pseudopolymorphism by thermal analysis (DSC, TGA), X-ray diffraction, 1R and Raman spectroscopy and crystallization experiments form organic solvents and from the melt, COMPOUND I crystallizes in one modification with a melting point at 58℃ (82 J/g, Mod. A). The amorphous form can exist at room temperature. No hydrate or solvate formation was observed.
