Plastic Device Insert to Fix Plastic Channel/Beauty Cover Without Screw/Bolt

摘要

The present invention provides a fixation of plastic channel/pipes/beauty cover with usage of a new "plastic device" (invention) on behalf of screw/bolt in order to reduce the cycle time in assembly line and during service activity. The "plastic device" is done with a base of "fir tree" clip (A), a "dual cup" design (B) as base support and counterforce during the fixation and a "leverage" upper side (C) used to lock the fixation. The plastic channel or beauty cover that need to be fixed with this "plastic design" need to have a "key buttonhole" (E) design linked to the geometry of the "leverage" of the "device insert". The procedure to lock the component is done with a consequential maneuver: (STEP1) first it's necessary to push the "device insert" inside the threaded boss (M5/M6/M8) by the fir tree base (not screwed but pushed), than the component that need to be fixed will be located over the "device insert" aligning the "key buttonhole" present on the component with the "leverage" upper side the "device insert" (STEP2). The subsequence fixing maneuver is to push down the component (STEP3) and rotate the leverage clockwise (STEP4) till the circular dot present (D) on the leverage will be locked on the circular seat over the component
