摘要

The present invention provides a mechanism which automatically cleanses the seat belt and this feature is very much applicable in shared mobility. This invention consists of a novel concept of retracting the used portion of seat belt, once the ride is completed by one user. The present invention further comprises a Nano coated seat belt which prevents absorption of dirt into its weave pattern. The system consists of a Fixed end 1, Tongue 2, Pillar loop 3, Seat belt 4, Retractor 5, Pawl 6, Cleaning mechanism 7, Pillar 8, Belt spool 9, Insertion for cleaning roller 10, Cleaning roller 11, Ratchet 12, End cap 13, Pillar surface 14, UV lamp 15, Gear in cleaning roller 16, Gear in rugged roller 17, Rugged roller 18 and Roller Mechanism 19. This invention provides a methodology to retract the seat belt and replace with a new set of belts after the completion of one ride as shown in fig 1. Roller mechanism as shown in fig 3 is used to pull the one set of belt length after the completion of ride with the help of ratchet and pawl mechanism which will pull and latch during occupant change and act as a fixed end during normal use.
