Class 20 and 37 debut at SVR diesel gala

The Severn Valley Railway diesel gala on October 8/9 saw the preservation debuts of Class 20 D8059 and 37264 - the former working for the first time in 17 years, while 37264 last hauled a passenger train in 1999.rnThe event was marred slightly by an earlier derailment at Hampton Loade which saw the loop out of use thus restricting the number of paths. This meant the planned convoy of 26007, 56303,rna Virgin Class 57 and a set of air-braked coaches was cancelled.
