Better deals for all consumers tops the RI 2011 wish list

As is common for the first issue of the year, I like to look forward and suggest a few things on the railways that I think ought to happen, some I'd like to see happen and a few which, in a perfect world, would be nice to happen. Hopefully some will, but the sad reality is most probably won't. So what would make a really good 2011 ? 1. For a start, I'd like to see National Rail Enquiries improve its website. It's too slow, often fails to work, sometimes gives out duff information and also does not advise of some connections that could be made. In fact, it's a pretty poor effort at the moment and needs to improve, and certainly needs to be quicker.
