Committee involvement

Winter is now upon us and we are finalizing our plans for the start of the construction season soon, unless, of course, you are in a warm climate and have already started. AREMA committees are also finalizing their plans and, in some cases, have begun their new year of meetings and review of recommended practices. There are many opportunities to be a part of the AREMA technical and maintenance committees. We presently have six Functional Groups that involve engineering services, communications & signals, structures, maintenance, track and passenger & transit, which encompass the committees.
