The Railway Tie Association held its 91st Annual Conference at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, Md., October 13-15, with its usual assemblage of railroaders and suppliers gathering to share information, to socialize and to take advantage of the local culinary and cultural attractions.
