Moorman honored at Railroader of the Year dinner

The March meeting of the Western Rail way Club honored Railway Age 2011 Railroader of the Year Charles "Wick" Moorman, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Norfolk Southern. More than 400 people attended the din ner and presentation. Moorman, a self-described kid who loves trains, began his career in rail roading as an engineering department co-op intern with the Southern Railway before working through the ranks to become head of NS.
