As you may recall, last month we began a discussion of AREMA's Communication & Signal (C&S) Functional Group led by Vice President Robin J. Aanenson and supported by Directors Jerry W. Specht and Tommy A. Phillips. We highlighted the activities of Committees 34, 36 and 37. This month we will conclude our review of the C&S Functional Group with Committees 38 -Information, Defect Detection & Energy Systems, and 39 - Positive Train Control.
