The 15th meeting of the Conference of Chief Executives (Official Representatives) of the OSJD Member Railways took place from 17 to 21 April in Bougival (France). The Meeting which was led by the Chairman of the CCE, the Chief Executive of the Roumanian National Railway Company, CFR, Mr. W. Simut, was attended by the Chief Executives and Representatives of the railways of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vietnam, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, the People's Democratic Republic of Korea, Kirgizstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Mongolia, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Tadzikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Chechnia and Estonia as well as representatives of OSJD observer railways - DB AG (Germany), VR (Finland), SNCF (France), JZ (Yugoslavia) and GySEV AG (Hungary).
