The external costs of transport

摘要

This paper sets out to present the findings iof a study into the external costs of transport. The methodology and empirical results are based on research commissioned by the UIC. The study is an update and extension of an earlier UIC study on external effects (1995). It aims at improving the empirical basis for calculating the external costs of transport using current state-of-the-art cost estimation methodologies.
