As we enter the new century, distances all over the world are continuing to shrink and interaction between the various geographical zones of the planet is becoming increasingly close. Globalisation is growing rapidly and the respective national governments must adopt a global perspective in respect of subjects such as the IT revolution, population, food and energy.
