Ews Energy announced on November 6 that it had been awarded two five-year contracts to continue hauling coal to three power stations. E.ON UK will continue to use EWS to supply Ironbridge and Radcliffe-on-Soar from the Port of Liverpool and Scotland. The contract from Scottish £t Southern Energy covers haulage of coal from Liverpool to Fiddler's Ferry near Warrington.
