In a statement issued on November 17 to announce that Chief Executive Terry Morgan would be leaving to chair Cross London Rail Links (above),Tube Lines Chairman David Begg said 'whilst 1 am sorry to have to announce it,this appointment is recognition of the scale of Terry's achievements in his seven years with Tube Lines'.He added that Morgan had 'established a dynamic and successful company with a record of achieving its objectives reliably,on time and on budget'.
