Asked by RBI on November 30 what Northern Rail was expecting from the revised Rolling Stock Plan that DfT expects to publish this month, Managing Director Heidi Mottram confirmed that 'getting additional vehicles is very high on our priority list, and we have been working with the DfT on that.rn'We are working towards a plan that we hope to be able to publish towards the end of the year with DfT on additional vehicles for Northern. 1 can't say what that is going to be, but everyone is trying very hard to do the best that they can possibly do for us'.
