RBI has discovered that significant revisions to DfT Rail's Rolling Stock Plan have been redacted from the version of the ITT for new DMUs published on the department's website on January 15. The ITT covers the nominal 200 cars whose procurement was brought forward last year (RB1332 p7).rnAn unredacted copy of the ITT, published in error on the DfT website, shows that nearly half of the 202 vehicles being procured will be allocated to First Great Western, including an entirely new batch of 11 four-car units for Cardiff -Portsmouth services.
