ORR rules aqainst Brighton service

An additional fourth hourly service between Brighton and London Victoria, due to have been introduced by Southern with the December 12 timetable change, has had to be withdrawn after ORR upheld objections by First Capital Connect. Southern was informed by ORR that the service could not go ahead late on November 12, only four weeks before the timetable change.
