Cubic replaces Transys

On August 17 Cubic Transportation Systems Ltd took oveT responsibility for all ticketing at Transport for London, including the Oyster smartcard system. Under the Future Ticketing Agreement signed with TfL in November 2008 (RB1331 p6), Cubic has taken over from the Transys consortium which introduced Oyster under a 17-year PF1 deal.
