RBI understands that the ￡32m contract announced by Invensys Rail last month to Tesignal the core section of the Thameslink route (RB1371 pi) will enable 16 trains/h to be operated between Loughbor-ough Junction and Kentish Town, delivering Key Output 1 of the Thameslink Programme.
