IGC approves uncovered shuttle wagons

Having accepted that European TSls apply to trains carrying freight through the Channel Tunnel, whether through trains or Eurotunnel's lorry shuttles, the Inter-Governmental Commission responsible for safety regulation has now given Eurotunnel permission to remove the roofs from its fleet of shuttle wagons built by Arbel.
