Croxley Rail Link industry day

Hertfordshire County Council has invited companies interested in bidding for work on the Croxley Rail Link (RBI409 p8) to an industry day at Watford Football Club on April 19. This precedes the start of formal bidding on April 27. The estimated value of the contract is between £60m and £80m, with a duration of 24 months. The new railway commences 1-3 km short of the present terminus of London Underground's Watford branch.
