At 10.13 on September 25 2011 a tractor hauling a trailer loaded with sugar beet over White House Farm user-worked level crossing 2 miles south of King's Lynn was struck by a four-car Class 365 EMU forming the 10.10 to Ely. RAIB's report says the train was less than 150 m away and travelling at 70 mile/h when the tractor, which had been stationary on the approach ramp, suddenly moved forward.
