TfL concerned over SSL resignalling

According to papers prepared for the TfL board meeting on September 25, progress to date by Bombardier with its contract to resignal the Sub-Surface Lines on London Underground shows that some 'significant challenges' remain to deliver the expected capacity increases by 2018. LU directors and the LU SSL programme team were reported to be engaged in discussions with Bombardier 'at a senior level'.
