Crossrail 2 safeguarding revised

DfT is consulting until January 28 2015 on revised safeguarding arrangements to protect the route of the proposed Crossrail 2 line in London from 'conflicting development'. This follows a second round of consultation by TfL and Network Rail on their preferred route, which would connect NR suburban lines in the southwest and northeast via a new tunnel under the centre of London (RB1464 p7).
