Eddie Stobart signs up at DIRFT Ⅱ

Logistics operator Eddie Stobart Ltd has signed an agreement with Pro-logis to lease a rail-connected distribution centre within the second phase of development at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal. Construction of the purpose-built facility covering 420 000 ft~2 was due to begin this month for completion in summer 2015. 'We already occupy a number of buildings at DIRFT, and we know it is an excellent location for many of our customers', said Eddie Stobart CEO William Stobart. 'This new building will further our rail capability and is a significant investment in the continuing success of our business.'
