Weekly, monthly and annual Travel cards for travel within Greater London can now be loaded onto Southern's ITSO-compliant smart-card the key. This new facility and the completion of work to make TfL ticketing equipment compliant under the ITSO on Prestige programme was marked with a formal launch by Transport Minister Baroness Kramer at London Victoria on September 17. 'We have worked very closely with the Department for Transport in developing this new product and the commitment shown by Transport for London and our suppliers has been crucial in making this the success that it is', said Southern Commercial Director Alex Foulds. 'This development is another step that paves the way for other train operators' schemes to follow on behind us, by laying a firm foundation for the South East Flexible Ticketing programme to become a reality'.
