TPE launches four-year plan

On June 27 TransPennine Express formally launched a four-year plan, containing the commitments to introduce new rolling stock, provide additional capacity and cut journeys times under the replacement franchise awarded to First-Group plc which had started on April 1 (RBl507 p4).
