ORR to determine NR's CP6 budget

In a written answer given in the House of Commons on November 1, Transport Minister Paul Maynard said that ORR would determine the funding that Network Rail requires to deliver efficiently the outputs set out in the government's High-Level Output Specification for Control Period 6 (RB1539 p1). He was responding to a question asking when DfT was planning to announce how the £48bn announced in the Statement of Funds Available on October 12 (RB1544 p7) would be allocated.
