RMT has announced that it is to step up its campaign against what it says is 'a planned programme of ticket office closures the length and breadth of the Greater Anglia franchise' (RB1533 p8). The union has given Greater Anglia until June 19 'to confirm that all ticket office jobs and windows will be kept open for the length of the current franchise', or it will declare a formal dispute.
