From all the results of these present studies, the authors offer the following conclusions. There is a good correlation between weight loss after elevated temperature aging and the coating's inherent property of Tg, as determined by DMA maximum tan δ-although it would appear that DMA Tg is a more sensitive indicator of thermal aging change.
