RadTech has hired two consultants to assist our membership and extend our UV/EB outreach efforts. Doreen Monteleone, Ph.D., has joined RadTech to assist members with regulatory compliance and sustainability issues. She has been helping businesses with these issues for more than 20 years. In the early 1990s, she worked with many industry groups as the first Clean Air Act Small Business Ombudsman for New York state. Since then, she has been on staff with the Flexographic Technical Association, working extensively with the flexographic printing community by serving as an industry representative on regulatory initiatives; coordinating webinars, conferences and committees; publishing a monthly electronic newsletter; organizing awards programs; and developing training materials. Most recently, she helped spearhead the establishment of the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership, a certification program for the entire printing industry, and serves on its board of directors.
