摘要

Plane stress analysis of sheet metal is performed based on crystal plasticity theory. Rate dependent formulations established by Peirce et al. Were used for FEM analysis. Localized deformations occuring in b.c.c. and f.c.c. single crystals were analyzed in various tensile directions. Strong in-plane anisotropy characterized by primary slips was predicted from numerical results. Calculation results for b.c.c. single crystal were compared with silicon iron plate experiments, and excellent agreement was found in our results.
