The model in the header shot is Sam Wragg's very smart Probuild Lazulite F3A model, which uses an AXI 5330/18 and enough Kokam LiPos to make you gasp. There is just nothing that this pilot and model cannot do. It was one of several aerobatic models at the Greenacres Fly-In. This meeting each August at the former Walsall Airport (Amy Johnson's Moth hit a tree here whilst landing) gets bigger every year. For a few years it has been a two-day event and on the Sunday it draws quite a crowd of pilots and spectators. This year there were more jets than ever before including a big model of the Airbus Jumbo, which was parked and not flown - but there were small jets everywhere!
