With winter just round the corner it seemed now would be a good time to clear out some of the unwanted modelling items I had managed to squirrel away! That ever-thickening layer of balsa dust was soon consumed by the trusty vacuum cleaner! It never ceases to amaze me just how much dust the fluorescent tubes gather! Hardly rocket science but when everything is cleaned up it always looks brighter and much more inviting. There is of course an underlying reason behind this somewhat belated spring clean, and that is to prepare for some serious winter projects. At my club there have been several comments about a certain model built from a free plan issued in Traplet Publications sister magazine, Q&EFI. This plan goes back a few months but as I had a copy of it I decided to investigate what was involved.
