So what is a dedicated electric glider enthusiast doing flying a fast ducted fan jet? You may well ask, but we all need a change from time to time and the Squall could not be further removed from the models I normally fly. I used to own an EF-16 ducted fan jet model (also produced by Phase 3 Models), and that was quick, but the Squall is quite a lot faster and capable of climbing vertically even on the standard power set-up.
