Is there a worse feeling than getting a model finally sorted and enjoying a few really good flights, then to have a perfectly avoidable crash? Just such a thing happened to me in the glorious May sunshine. But what of the answer to my query?rnQuite simply, Yes; when you are flying someone else's model, as was the case when my Farmhand bit the dust. It was avoidable because it was at the end of the day and I offered a skilled fellow pilot the chance to have a go with the Farmhand. A quick check of the fuel state and away he went for a 'short flight.'
