In the last issue I mentioned that we had been having an 'Indian Summer', with non-stop sunshine and unseasonal high temperatures for several weeks, and with drought conditions in place it was difficult to get the garden up together (so who really cares?). Having such a long period of sunshine was a rare pleasure and it enabled me to get some review models flown without the pressure normally endured, but that seems to have all come to a sudden end now. With the drought restrictions in full swing the weather here (and probably where you are) is quite the opposite now, witn continuous much lower temperatures ana ram for the last three weeks meaning that there is certainly no chance of getting any review model flying completed. Our local club flying site is once again waterlogged and the best thing is floats or a model boat!
