Fuel savings available for Cat 988H users

With the rising price of fuel and increasing customer requirements for optimized performance, Caterpillar have introduced a new proprietary fuel-management system on their 988H large wheel loader. The new system is said to offer a fuel savings advantage of 15%, on average, over similar machines without this system.rnTo allow customer application flexibility, Caterpillar have designed the new 988H fuel-management system with three different operating modes: full power; balanced power; and max fuel savings.
