4B Braime publish new products catalogue

A new catalogue showing 4B Braime's range of forged conveyor chains and sprockets has been released. The publication includes the company's popular 102, 142, 216 and 260mm chain pitches, as well as 125,150, 160, 175, 200 and 250mm units. For specialized, high-capacity applications, double- and triple-chain links are available. The products catalogue also details 4B Braime's Bolt 'n' Go system - a sophisticated assembly method for drop-forged chains. The link and flight assembly is made easy by using a standard bolt and mechanical lock nut with a high-strength, heat-treated hollow pin. There are no circlips and intricate assembly is not required. According to AB Braime, their forged chains are machined to precise tolerances and heat treated to endure high temperatures and highly abrasive applications, while also maintaining the highest tensile test results on a consistent basis.
