JCB unveil new 457 wheel loader

Jcb have introduced a new flagship wheel loader that offers more power, increased torque and greater productivity. The company - which has been producing wheel loaders for more than 40 years - has launched the new jcb 457 to replace the existing 456 model. At the heart of the machine is a Stage IIIB-compliant 8.9-litre Cummins engine which incorporates a high-pressure common-rail fuel-injection system; exhaust gas recirculation; a diesel oxidation catalyst; a diesel particulate filter; and a variable-geometry turbocharger, which delivers an improved machine response at low rev/min.
